Kolymskoye (Russian: Колымское; Yakut: Колымскай; Chukchi: Экуԓумэн) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Khalarchinsky Rural Okrug of Nizhnekolymsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 110km (70miles) from Chersky, the administrative center of the district.[2] Its population as of the 2010 Census was 811,[3] down from 835 recorded during the 2002 Census.
