Kochenyovsky District (Russian: Коченёвский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal[1] district (raion), one of the thirty in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the eastern central part of the oblast. The area of the district is 5072km2.[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Kochenyovo. Population: 43,850 (2010 Census); The population of Kochenyovo accounts for 37.3% of the district's total population.
