Kisejärve lakes (Estonian: Kisejärve järvestik) is a group of lakes in Rõuge Parish, Võru County, Estonia. The group consists of seven lakes which in limnological sense are semi-dystrophic or oligotropic.[1]
The biggest of the lakes are Kisejärv (48.9 ha, depth up to 5.1 m), Pahijärv (10.0 ha) and Sõdaalune lake (8.5 ha).
At the time of late glacial age, these lakes weren't separated.
The lakes and its surroundings are under protection (Kisejärv Landscape Conservation Area).
