King's Arms, Dorchester Explained
50.7156°N -2.4359°WThe King's Arms is a large pub and hotel on High East Street, Dorchester, Dorset.[1] [2] [3] It is grade II* listed.[4] The Buildings of England describes its frontage as a "fine expansive early [nineteenth-century] composition", with an attached assembly room,[5] although the hotel is older than this.[6] It is a former coaching inn.[7]
