It is led by Wab Kinew, the 25th Premier of Manitoba, and first First Nations premier of the province.[1] The cabinet replaced the Stefanson ministry, after the Manitoba New Democratic Party defeated the Progressive Conservatives in the 2023 Manitoba general election.[2]
