Kinda Pregnant is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Tyler Spindel, written by Julie Paiva, and starring Amy Schumer, Jillian Bell, Will Forte, Damon Wayans Jr., and Brianne Howey. It is set to be released on Netflix.
Lainy becomes jealous after discovering her best friend is pregnant. She soon starts wearing a prosthetic baby bump and then meets the man of her dreams.
In November 2023, it was announced that Amy Schumer was producing and starring in Kinda Pregnant for Netflix. Also producing are Adam Sandler, Tim Herlihy, Judit Maull, Kevin Grady and Eli Thomas for Happy Madison Productions and Molly Sims for Something Happy Productions.[1] In February 2024, Jillian Bell, Will Forte, Damon Wayans Jr., Brianne Howey and Chris Geere joined the cast.[2] [3] The next month, Alex Moffat, Joel David Moore, Lizze Broadway, Urzila Carlson and Francis Benhamou had been added.[4]
Principal photography began on February 26, 2024, in New York.[5] Filming locations included Brooklyn.[6]
