But, before deputies could disarm Acre, he removed one of the probes and got back on his feet.When again Acre wouldn't put his gun down or be subdued, the supervisor fired his service weapon one time hitting Acre in the upper torso, Franklin said. One of the officers exited the squad car and began to approach Alvarez's vehicle on foot. As the officer was approaching, Alvarez pulled out a gun and shot the officer in both arms.
