Kiełczawa is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Baligród, within Lesko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 6km (04miles) west of Baligród, 160NaN0 south-west of Lesko, and 770NaN0 south of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
