Kicina (German: Liebhausen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bartoszyce, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 14km (09miles) west of Bartoszyce and 500NaN0 north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
