Khongor-Biye (Russian: Хонгор-Бие; Yakut: Хоҥор Биэ, Xoŋor Bie) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Salbansky Rural Okrug of Namsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 72km (45miles) from Namtsy, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 345,[2] of whom 180 were male and 165 female, up from 338 as recorded during the 2002 Census.[3]
