Keith Lamarr Hamilton (born May 25, 1971) is a former American football defensive tackle for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Pittsburgh and was selected in the fourth round of the 1992 NFL draft.[1] Hamilton spent his entire 12-season career with the Giants and recorded 63 sacks, placing him fourth on the team's career sack list since sacks became an official statistic in 1982. "Hammer," as he was known, played in 173 games in a Giants uniform, tying him with Harry Carson for sixth on the franchise's all-time list. He was named a Pro Bowl alternate in 2000, when he recorded ten sacks and the Giants reached Super Bowl XXXV.
