Karwappa Dam, is an earthfill dam on Karwappa river near Gadchiroli in state of Maharashtra in India.[1]

Specifications

The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 35m (115feet) while the length is 1416m (4,646feet). The volume content is 991km3 and gross storage capacity is 32560km3.[2]
