Kamienna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bystrzyca Kłodzka, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 8km (05miles) east of Bystrzyca Kłodzka, 19km (12miles) south-east of Kłodzko, and 96km (60miles) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
