Kamal Aboki (January 1, 1997 – January 16, 2023) was a Nigerian comedian, actor and a skit maker who acted in Hausa language.
Aboki was born in Kawo of Nassarawa Local Government Area of Kano. Aboki died in a bus accident on January 16, 2023.[1] [2] [3] The 26-year-old entertainer was returning toKano from a trip to Maiduguri on Mondaywhen he was involved in an accident and diedinstantly.The Tik Toker was buried at TishamaCemetery in Kano on Tuesday amid tears fromcolleagues, family members and well-wishers.Bello Mohammed, a friend, colleague andmentor to the late Aboki, in a post on hisInstagram page, said the Hausa entertainmentindustry would miss Aboki.“I can’t hold in my tears because he is one ofa kind. His comedy was marvellous and veryinsightful. We will miss him.”
