Dutch; Flemish: Kabouters (en|Gnomes) were a Dutch anarchist group in the 1970s.

Provos, alongside Dutch; Flemish: Kabouters, spread an absurdist, "carnival anarchism" that used provocative tactics, humor, and direct action, to upend cultural norms.[1]
