Justin Carrigan (born) is an American athletic director and former college football coach. He is the athletic director for Liberty Hill High School, a position he has held since 2023.[1] He was the deputy athletic director for the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2023 and the school's head football coach from its inception in 2015 until 2022.[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] He also coached for Midwestern State, UTEP,[7] and Tarleton State.[8] [9] [10] He played college football for Angelo State as a safety.
