Jubilee (cookbook) explained
Jubilee is a 2019 cookbook by American cook and writer Toni Tipton-Martin.[1] [2] [3] To write this cookbook, Tipton-Martin collected almost 400 cookbooks written by Black Americans; the oldest was published in 1827.[4]
