Juan Pedro López Pérez (born 31 July 1997) is a Spanish cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam .[2] Professional since 2018, he is best known for his ride at the 2022 Giro d'Italia, where he held the race lead from stage 4 to 13.[3] He ultimately went on to finish 10th overall and win the young rider classification.[4] He took his first professional win on stage three of the 2024 Tour of the Alps in a solo victory.[5] Alongside the stage win, he also took the overall lead, which he held onto for the remainder of the race.[6]
