Jon Draud is an American politician from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007. Draud was first elected to the house in 1998 after incumbent representative Richard Murgatroyd retired to run for County Judge/Executive of Kenton County.[1] Draud resigned from the house in November 2007 after being selected by the state Board of Education to be state education commissioner.[2] He resigned as education commissioner in December 2008.[3] He was later elected to the Kenton County Commission in 2010.
