Jolly is a city in Clay County, Texas, United States. It is part of the Wichita Falls, Texas Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 172 at both the 2020 census and 2010 census.[4]

As of the census of 2000, there were 188 people, 70 households, and 59 families residing in the city. The population density was 190.7sp=usNaNsp=us. There were 73 housing units at an average density of 74.1sp=usNaNsp=us. The racial makeup of the city was 99.47% White, and 0.53% from two or more races.
