John Whitfield-Jackson Carswell (1887 – 2 November 1966), was a Scottish international lawn bowler.^[1]

Bowls career

Carswell won a bronze medal in the pairs at the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver, with George Budge.^{[2] [3]}

Personal life

Carswell was a grain merchant by trade and was born and lived in Dalbeattie.
