Jiucheng is a town of Weixin County in northeastern Yunnan province, China,[1] located (as the crow flies) less than from the border with Sichuan, 20km (10miles) north of the county seat, and 152km (94miles) northeast of Zhaotong at an elevation of only 597m (1,959feet)., it has 20 villages under its administration.[2]
