Jimme Nordkamp (born 22 September 1996) is a Dutch politician of the Labour Party.
Nordkamp grew up in the village of Overdinkel, Overijssel, and he studied business administration. He voted for the right-wing populist Party for Freedom (PVV) in the 2017 general election. In an interview, he mentioned the party was popular in his village, and he said the Labour Party's loss triggered him to look into social democracy. He switched to that party, arguing rural decline would be better addressed by its policies.[1] Nordkamp was elected to the House of Representatives in the 2023 Dutch general election, and he serves as his party's spokesperson for defense.[2] [3]
