Jaruwat Keyunvan (Thai: จารุวัฒน์ เกยูรวรรณ Khmer: ចារុវ៉ាត់ កេយូរវ័ណ្ណ ; born 1980 or 1981), also known as his nickname Tom (Thai: ต้อม), served as the representative of the chairman of the Socialist Workers Thailand (SWT). He has been acting on behalf of Giles Ungpakorn exile to London since 2009 and as an investment adviser for complex type 1 securities at IRA Securities Public Company Limited (Thai: บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ไอร่า จำกัด (มหาชน), starting his duties on October 3, 2019.[1] He advocated Marxist political economic policies.
He also played a role as a citizen journalist for the Prachathai, which covered Thai workers in Libya[2] and migrant workers' human rights issues.[3] in addition He also played a role in advocating for the rights and freedoms of the press.[4] He also participates in research and education on the Thai student movement and other social issues. He has studied and disseminated research results that are important for social development and education in Thailand, such as his participation in writing about Thai Student Movement with Giles Ungpakorn in the book Social Movements in Thailand (Thai: ขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมในไทย), published in 2006.[5]
