James Teeple is an American politician and member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 116th District.

In September 2023, Republican incumbent Matt Leber announced his candidacy for South Carolina State Senate District 41.[1] Teeple announced his run for the seat held by the incumbent shortly afterward.
