James Reid (24 February 185129 July 1908)[1] was a Scottish rugby football player.[2]
He was capped five times for between 1874 and 1877.[2] He also played for Edinburgh Wanderers.[2]
He was the brother of Charles Reid ("Hippo") who was also capped for Scotland.[2]
