Jaleq Rural District (Persian: دهستان جالق) is in the Central District of Golshan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[2] It is administered from the city of Jaleq.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population (as a part of the former Jaleq District of Saravan County) was 1,278 in 334 households.[3] There were 1,123 inhabitants in 282 households at the following census of 2011.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,877 in 803 households. The most populous of its 24 villages was Naranu, with 718 people.[5]
In January 2019, Nahuk Rural District was separated from the district to join the Central District of Saravan County. The remainder of the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Golshan County. Jaleq Rural District was transferred to the new Central District of Golshan County.[2]
