Jakubów is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radwanice, within Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5km (03miles) east of Radwanice, 11km (07miles) north-west of Polkowice, and 89km (55miles) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
