Jagharq (fa|جاغرق) is a village in, and the capital of, Jagharq Rural District of Torqabeh District, Torqabeh and Shandiz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[2]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,044 in 542 households, when it was in Torqabeh Rural District of Mashhad County.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 2,459 people in 767 households,[4] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Binalud County. Jagharq was transferred to Jagharq Rural District created in the district.[2] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,412 people in 761 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[5]
