Jacqueline Felgate Explained

Jacqueline Felgate is an Australian television presenter and radio host. In September 2022, it was announced that she would become the senior host of radio station 3AW’s football coverage. Before that she worked for nearly 10 years as a newsreader at Channel 7.[1] Prior to her media career she completed a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University.[2] She attended Tintern Grammar during her school years.

In May of 2023, Felgate was hospitalised after a horse-riding accident.[3]

In September 2023, Felgate faced criticism for a lack of disclosure to listeners of her many arrangements with commercial sponsors. A list on the 3AW website was later updated with the names of 15 brands and organisations that have a relationship with her, mainly because of her presence on social media.[4]
