Jack Moylan (born 1 September 2001) is an Irish footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or forward for club Lincoln City. He started his career with Bohemians, but after a loan move at Wexford, he signed for Shelbourne.
Moylan signed for Bohemians senior team on 1 January 2021, previously from the club's under 19 team. His first game for the senior team came in a 2–0 defeat against Finn Harps in October 2020.[1]
On 1 July 2021, Moylan was sent on loan to Wexford FC, where he stayed for the rest of the season. He scored 8 goals in 17 appearances. His first appearance came in a 4-4 draw with Athlone Town.
On 1 January 2022, Moylan signed for Shelbourne as an attacking midfielder and a striker.[2]
On 13 May 2023, Moylan scored the first hat-trick of his career in a 3–0 win against Sligo Rovers.[3] His goals came in the 9th, 41st, and a penalty in the 66th minute.[4]
On 4 September 2023, it was announced that Moylan had signed a pre-contract agreement with EFL League One side Lincoln City, with the contract effective from 1 January 2024.[5] [6] He made his debut the following weekend, coming off the bench in the 1–1 draw against Wycombe Wanderers.[7] His first goals for Lincoln came against Barnsley on 9 March, netting a brace, of which the first was nominated for EFL League One Goal of the Month.[8] [9]
