Izmalkovsky District (Russian: Изма́лковский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 1130km2. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Izmalkovo. Population: 18,813 (2002 Census); The population of Izmalkovo accounts for 24.0% of the district's total population.
