Italy at the World Athletics Indoor Championships explained
Italy has participated in all the World Athletics Indoor Championships since the beginning in 1985 IAAF World Indoor Games. Italy won a total of 24 medals (6 gold, 6 silver and 12 bronze).[1] Italy is 21st on the all time medal table.

Italy won 26 medals (7 gold) and ranked 21st in the all-time medal table of the championships.[2] [3] In six editions the azzurri team has not won any medals.
