Ispanakhi Matsvnit Explained

Ispanakhi Matsvnit (Georgian: ისპანახი მაწვნით) is a Georgian[1] salad dish composed of cooked and minced spinach mixed with yoghurt. Garlic, salt and cilantro are added as flavouring to the dish while preparing.[1]
