Isoceras bipunctata is a species of moth of the family Cossidae. It is found in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Israel and Iraq.[1]
Adults have been recorded on wing from March to June in Israel.
