Irena is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zaklików, within Stalowa Wola County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6km (04miles) west of Zaklików, 190NaN0 north of Stalowa Wola, and 800NaN0 north of the regional capital Rzeszów.
3 October 1942 the German gendarmerie murdered 12 residents and burnt a few buildings.[2]
