Iosif Papp-Szilágyi de Illyésfalva (Romanian; Moldavian; Moldovan: Iosif Pop Sliaghi<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.bru.ro/oradea/istorie/ |title=Istorie |website=BRU.ro |date=1949-07-28 |accessdate=2016-02-04; 13 April 1813 - 5 August 1873) was the Bishop of the Diocese of Oradea Mare of the Romanian Greek-Catholic Church from 1863 to 1872.[1] He participated in the First Vatican Council.[2]

He was born into the Szilágyi noble family.
