Inglefield (also Sandersville) is a neighborhood within the northeastern part of the town of Darmstadt, Indiana, the second-largest incorporated place in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, just north of Evansville along U.S. Route 41.

History

The Inglefield post office has been in operation since 1869.[1]

Climate

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters. According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Inglefield has a humid subtropical climate, abbreviated "Cfa" on climate maps.[2]
