Inbox has regional offices in Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.Originally started in 2001 as a personal computer assembler, Inbox has pivoted to providing managed services.[6] It is one of the largest IT companies in Pakistan in terms of domestic revenue.[7] The company has offices in 50 cities across Pakistan, over 1500 employees. Its customers include companies from the public,[8] commercial,[9] financial and telecom[10] sector. History

In 2001, Inbox started as the first local assembler of computers in Pakistan by Ghias Khan and two friends.. In 2004, a significant stake (approximately 51%) was acquired by Hussain Dawood & family and is since then associate with the Dawood Hercules Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan[22] . Following the acquisition, Inbox transitioned from assembling computers to providing system integration services with new offerings of managed services infrastructure, digital services, customized processes, and technology alliances[23] . In 2019, Dawood & family acquired 100% of Inbox's shares.[24]

The company since then has partnered with global companies like Huawei, Oracle, and Microsoft.[25]

Inbox deployed a technical facility on internet gateways nationwide, to curb illegal international traffic, to strengthen the regulator to enforce OTT regulatory framework, and to provide basis for national cyber security and content filtering.[26]
