Goian (Russian: Гояны|Goyany, Ukrainian: Гояни|Hoyany) is a commune in Transnistria, Moldova. It is composed of two villages, Goian and Iagorlîc (Ягорлик, Ягорлык).[1] It has since 1990 been administered as a part of the breakaway Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic.
According to the 2004 census, the village's population was 684, of which 612 (89.47%) were Moldovans (Romanians), 34 (4.97%) Ukrainians and 34 (4.97%) Russians.[2]
