Kopar is a Lower Sepik language of Marienberg Rural LLG, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea.

Distribution

The Kopar language is spoken in Kopar village (-3.8634°N 144.5259°W), Marienberg Rural LLG, East Sepik Province.[1] It is also spoken in the villages of Wongan (-3.9993°N 144.5321°W) and Singrin (-3.9395°N 144.4304°W).

Status

Kopar is a moribund language.[2] It has historically influenced Tayap, a language isolate.[2]
