Koiwat is one of the Ndu languages of Sepik River region of northern Papua New Guinea.

It is spoken in Kamangaui (-4.1164°N 143.5935°W), Koiwat (-4.0898°N 143.5552°W), Paiambit (-4.1107°N 143.6962°W), and Seraba (-4.064°N 143.6291°W) villages of Koiwat ward, Angoram/Middle Sepik Rural LLG, East Sepik Province.[1]
