Hyporhamphus collettei explained
Hyporhamphus collettei is a halfbeak from the family Hemiramphidae.
The specific name honours the American ichthyologist Bruce Baden Collette.[1]
Found along the Western Atlantic, it is endemic to the nearshore marine waters of Bermuda.[2]
