Athletics

See main article: Athletics at the 1896 Summer Olympics. The Hungarian athletes were successful in each event except the 110 metre hurdles, taking a silver, two bronzes, and a 4th-place finish. The entry and competitor lists for some events are not agreed on by all sources. In the 100 metres, Dáni, Leonidasz Manno, and István Zachar may have entered and not started (or possibly have competed) along with Szokolyi.[2] [3] [4]

Swimming
