Hugh Piper Explained
Hugh Piper is an Australian documentary filmmaker and writer/director. He is best known for his documentaries "Dancing With Dictators",[1] [2] "Mr. Sin: The Abe Saffron Story"[3] [4] and Submariners.[5]
