Hubert L. Frederick is an American Virgin Islander politician. He is the member-elect for the St. Croix district of the Virgin Islands Legislature.

In November 2024, Frederick placed fifth in the general election for the St. Croix district of the Virgin Islands Legislature, winning 3,201 votes.[1] [2] He assumes office on January 13, 2025.
