Houvin-Houvigneul (in French pronounced as /uvɛ̃ uviɲœl/) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[2]
A farming village situated 20miles west of Arras, at the junction of the D54 and the D23 roads. The commune was created in 1856 by merging Houvin and Houvigneul.
