Haouch Er Rafqa (Arabic: حوش الرافقة) is a Lebanese local authority in the Baalbek District in Baalbek-Hermel Governorate.
In 1838, Eli Smith noted Haush er-Rafika as a Metawileh village in the Baalbek area.[1]
