Lophis (Greek, Ancient (to 1453);: Λοφίς) was a small stream of ancient Boeotia, near Haliartus, apparently the same as the Hopelites (Ὁπλίτης) of Plutarch,[1] where Lysander fell in the Battle of Haliartus.
