Hopeall is a local service district and designated place in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Hopeall is in Newfoundland within Subdivision E of Division No. 1.[1] It lies at the south eastern end of Hopeall Bay, an arm of Trinity Bay.
As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Hopeall recorded a population of 242 living in 100 of its 126 total private dwellings, a change of from its 2011 population of 349. With a land area of 5.58km2, it had a population density of in 2016.[2]
Hopeall is a local service district (LSD)[3] that is governed by a committee responsible for the provision of certain services to the community.[4] The chair of the LSD committee is Anthony Cumby.[3]
